4 Bedroom / 4 Full Bath. Unfurnished. Includes washer, dryer, water, electric, cable TV, high-speed cable connection, free parking. $650 per person ($700 fully furnished room)

Colville Townhomes

3 Bedroom / 2 Full Bath & 2.5 Bath. Unfurnished. 2 & 3 level town home - suggested rent breakdown per room: 3 LEVEL $750 large, $675 medium, $625 regular. 2 LEVEL $750 large, $650 regular, $650 regular Includes washer, dryer, water, electric, high-speed cable connection & free parking. $2,050 for entire unit (not including pet fee- $300 nonrefundable pet deposit per animal and $50 monthly pet rent).
